Choosing An Orthaheel Arch Support Insert

Each of these Arch Support inserts is designed to slip inside an existing shoe.  The right one is based on the type of shoe you wear and the type of activity you participate in.  The regular arch support works for most shoes of average widths.  If you wear high heels, you may want to try the slimfit or extended slimfit arch support.  The extended slimfit is designed to cushion the ball of your foot, whereas the original slimfit does not go that far forward in the shoe.
